At checkout: your email (for delivery and order notices) and order IP (fraud prevention). For registered users: email and login credentials (handled by Supabase Auth; passwords are hashed, we never see plaintext). At payment: transaction IDs and on-chain tx hashes needed for reconciliation.
We only use the authentication cookie required to keep you signed in (set by Supabase). We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Only to: fulfill orders and deliver goods, support order lookup and after-sales, prevent abuse, and send transactional emails in your order language. We do not use your email for unrelated marketing without your consent.
We do not sell your personal data. We interact with payment providers (ZPay / on-chain) only as needed to complete payment and delivery. Data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL).
Order and delivery records are kept as needed for operations and compliance; contact support to request deletion of non-essential personal data.
